Return Process

  Log into your TOVARO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and cables are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
